Who we are
Neil I. Kilstein
Neil I. Kilstein is an estate tax, business and real estate attorney. His practice includes estate planning and administration, business purchases, sales and agreements and complex real estate transactions including development acquisitions, sales leasing and brokerage law.
Neil is a graduate of New York University, magna cum laude (accounting major) and of the Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and before the Federal Courts. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council.
Neil resides in New York City with his wife and has two married children and three grandchildren.
Richard J. Kilstein
Richard J. Kilstein is a graduate of Dickinson College (’89) and of the University of Miami School of Law (’92). He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and before the Federal Courts. He is a member of the Bergen County and New York State Bar Association.
Richard concentrates his practice in real estate, estate planning and commercial and chancery litigation.
Richard resides in New York City with his wife (CherylAnne) and daughter (Ellery).
